Our history

PPQ Precision began as a specialized provider of CNC design and programming services, supporting both 3-axis and 5-axis machining systems. During our early stages, we collaborated with leading aerospace and precision manufacturing companies from the United States and Japan, building a strong foundation of technical expertise and industry experience.

Through years of working closely with international partners, we gradually expanded our capabilities beyond design and programming. By consistently delivering reliable and high-quality solutions, we earned the trust of our clients and transitioned into providing full CNC machining services for the products we design.

Building on this solid foundation, PPQ Precision Mechanical Co., Ltd. was officially established in May 2019 as a dedicated CNC machining company, marking a significant milestone in our growth and long-term development.

CNC milling machining

We are currently equipped with many CNC milling machines including 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines imported directly from the US and Japan. Therefore, we confidently provide CNC milling services for high quality parts and products with a minimum tolerance of ± 0.005mm, and very good surface roughness, up to Ra 0.8.

CNC turning machining

PPQ Precision is equipped with a multi-machine system including Moriseiki’s modern lathe lines and Fanuc operating system. With a modern CNC lathe system and a team of highly skilled CNC programming engineers, we are confident that we can meet all of your CNC turning needs that require the most stringent technical requirements.

CNC programming design service

The CNC engineering team is trained and technology transferred from major customers in the US aerospace industry. Experienced programming technical team for 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines. We are the perfect and reliable choice for our customers.
